Large cod and chips, plenty to share between 2 of us. Cod was cooked to perfection and not greasy. Chips not so great, but probably the potatoes. (Not the cooks fault) Staff polite and welcoming. Nice and clean. A bit more expensive than other chip shops around, but you get what you pay for. I will return.

Had an issue a few weeks ago, however, we all know things can go wrong in customer service, but it's how those issues are dealt with that's important. The shop not only corrected the issue but also provided excellence in customer service when I was in yesterday. The ladies behind the counter were friendly, happy to assist, professional, and very impressive indeed. I left a very happy and satisfied customer. As always, their food is top notch !!

Great fish and chip shop. Well priced, staff are very freindly and you're never waiting long. Quality of the fish is excellent, portions of chips are very generous and the curry sauce is 10/10! Been here a few times and never been disappointed.

This must be the 10th time we’ve had a meal from Paul’s. Absolutely fantastic, always fresh, hot just perfect.

Classic British chippy. I went for Sausage n Chios. Just what I needed ahead of watching a gig at the Cheese n Grain. Great chips!

Exactly what we wanted! Didn't have any vinegar or salt on the fish which I think was just a mistake as they were busy.

The gluten free fish and chips are the best! As a coeliac I've never had an issue as cooked in a separate fryer. So good, 10/10
